Hi, I’m Travis.
I’m not a "tech guru" who grew up in a basement. I’m a builder, a Veteran, and a father who learned early that systems create freedom.
I’ve spent 20+ years in banking and finance leadership, operating in high-pressure environments and managing complex teams across sales, customer service, and technology. Along the way, I built and scaled a software company to over $1M in revenue and launched businesses across three major cities — Chicago, Los Angeles, and Nashville.
My fiancé and I are both longtime business operators. We’ve lived the reality of building, leading, and growing organizations — not just talking about it.
I’ve led global teams, shipped real products, and learned how to turn systems into profit. I don’t just "use" technology — I use it to drive outcomes.
Today, I consult with small and mid-sized businesses to design systems powered by AI that reduce costs, increase revenue, and eliminate operational drag. I also work directly with leadership teams — from middle management to the C-suite — helping them leverage AI in a way that makes them sharper, faster, and more effective without burning out.
Because the goal isn’t to work harder. It’s to operate smarter — and win.
Now based in Nashville, I built Thriving AI to help business owners cut through the noise and actually apply these tools in a way that changes their business — and their life.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted fiancé, a dad, and someone who still believes in showing up with discipline every day. You’ll usually find me outdoors, traveling, or cheering (loudly) for Chicago sports teams.
